Short version: the tools are estimates for planning, provided as-is, and using them does not create any advisory relationship.
The service
Aigeen (the “Site”) provides free educational and organizational tools for evaluating SBA loans: cost calculators, a readiness check, a document checklist, and related guides. The Site is operated by Aigeen (Hong Kong) for users in the United States.
No professional advice
Outputs are estimates computed from published fee schedules and rate structures. They are not lending, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and they are not an offer, pre-qualification, or prediction of approval. Decisions should be made with qualified professionals and the lender of your choice.
No warranties
The tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Fee schedules and rates change; while tables are verified against SBA sources and dated, errors and delays are possible. Do not rely on a single figure here for a final decision, confirm terms with the lender.
Affiliate relationships
Links to lenders and marketplaces may earn the operator a commission at no cost to you. Commercial relationships do not influence what the tools compute, and placements are disclosed per FTC requirements on each page where they appear.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the Site, including decisions made on the basis of estimates. Nothing here creates a contract with any lender.
