Aigeen is an educational and organizational tool. It is not a lender, broker, loan aggregator, or financial advisor, it does not take loan applications, and it does not participate in credit decisions.

All outputs are estimates computed from publicly available fee schedules and rate structures, date-stamped with their sources. Actual loan terms depend on the lender, your full financial situation, and SBA rules in force when you apply. The SBA’s own publications and your lender’s disclosures govern in any conflict.

The readiness check describes factors that SBA lenders commonly evaluate. It does not evaluate you, does not access your financial data, and does not predict or influence any credit decision.
