Is Aigeen free?
Yes. The calculators, readiness check, and document checklist are free and require no account. The site earns money when visitors choose to apply with a lender or marketplace through links marked as affiliate links, that never changes what you pay, and it never changes what the tools tell you.
How accurate are the numbers?
The fee tables come from SBA notices and sba.gov pages, with the source and verification date printed beside the results. The rate is modeled as prime plus a spread range, because actual spreads vary by lender. Treat outputs as planning estimates, not offers.
Does Aigeen collect my financial information?
Only what you explicitly save. Calculations run in your browser, nothing you type is transmitted while you use a tool. If you press “Save to my account,” that one result (its inputs and outputs) is stored so you can retrieve it later, attached to an identifier derived from your email. There are no document uploads, and you can delete any saved result, or your whole account, from the account page.
Can Aigeen tell me if I will be approved?
No, and neither can any honest tool. Approval depends on the lender’s underwriting of your full situation. The readiness check shows which factors lenders scrutinize and which parts of your profile are strong, so you can prepare before you apply.
Do I need an account to use the tools?
No. Every tool works fully without signing in. An account exists for one reason: keeping your saved results so you can come back to them. Sign-in is a one-time email code, no password, and deleting saved results takes one click.
What is an SBA guarantee fee?
When an SBA lender makes a 7(a) loan, the SBA guarantees a portion of it, and the lender pays a fee for that guarantee. Lenders routinely pass the fee to the borrower, often financed into the loan, which means you also pay interest on it. The calculator prices it from the current fiscal-year tier table and shows the financed variant.
Which SBA programs are covered?
7(a) Standard, 7(a) Small Loan, 504, and Express are covered at launch, each with its own fee structure and typical terms. Startups should look at the Small Loan and microloan programs in particular, the readiness check points out when those fit.
How current are the fee tables?
Each table carries a verified date, shown on the page that uses it. Tables are re-verified at each fiscal-year rollover (October 1) and when the SBA publishes mid-year changes. If a value cannot be verified, the tool displays “pending verification” instead of a stale number.
Do you sell my data or my leads?
No. Aigeen does not sell data and does not operate a lead-generation form. Affiliate links take you to the lender’s own site; what happens there is governed by the lender, not Aigeen.
One more question the calculator can answer.
What will the loan actually cost you?
Estimates only. Not lending advice. Aigeen is not a lender or broker; only a lender can approve a loan.
