What we collect, which is almost nothing

Calculator, readiness check, and checklist inputs

All calculations run on your device. While you are using a tool, nothing you type is transmitted anywhere. If you never save a result, that result never leaves your browser.

Accounts and saved results

Saving is optional. When you press “Save to my account,” the tool sends that one result, its inputs and outputs, to our server, where it is stored so you can retrieve it after signing in with a one-time email code. We store the saved payload, an identifier derived from your email address, and your sign-in sessions. Nothing else: no browsing history, no documents, no analytics about your tool inputs.

Email addresses

Accounts are passwordless: to sign in we email you a one-time code, and your email address is stored so the code has somewhere to go and your saved results have something to attach to. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes.

If you ask us to email your results (the “Email me this breakdown” forms), we store your email address and a snapshot of that result so we can send it, and so we can tell which tools people find useful. Fee-change alerts work the same way, every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to see which pages are useful. Where advertising cookies exist (for example if Google Analytics is enabled), they are governed by this policy and never used to build individual profiles. The site sets no advertising cookies of its own.

Affiliate links

When you follow an affiliate link to a lender or marketplace, you leave this site. That party then governs your data. Aigeen receives an anonymized commission report, not your application details. See the affiliate disclosure.

Your rights

The only personal data Aigeen holds is the email list. To inspect or delete yours, email info@aigeen.com and it will be handled within 30 days. Questions about this policy go to the same address.
